What is your cancellation policy?

We appreciate life can get busy! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another dog in need of pampering.

How do you help nervous, elderly, or first-time puppies settle?

We take time to introduce them gently to our salon space. Owners are welcome to bring dogs in beforehand to get familiar. We have a dedicated toy section and tasty treats to ensure they feel relaxed, safe, and happy.

Can I stay with my dog whilst they are being groomed?

Dogs typically settle better and remain calmer when their owners are not in the room, as they can become easily distracted or overly excited. However, you are always welcome to stay during initial introductions.
